As the Sales Operations Project Manager on our National Revenue and Sales Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth initiatives. Reporting to the Associate Director of Revenue Operations, your responsibilities will include: • Developing comprehensive project charters in collaboration with stakeholders to align with business objectives. • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholder input. • Managing project tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful, timely completion. • Coordinating meetings to facilitate ongoing project progress. • Fostering communication and collaboration among sales, revenue operations, and other departments. • Identifying potential project risks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies. • Ensuring that project deliverables adhere to the highest quality standards. • Providing regular updates on project progress to leadership and stakeholders. • Supporting change management to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and tools. • Documenting project requirements, decisions, and evaluations for ongoing improvement. • Showcasing project achievements each quarter to demonstrate impact to leadership and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For. If you have a strong professional background, we want to hear from you! Ideal candidates will have: • 3-5 years of project management experience. • Exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities. • The ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster consensus. • A detail-oriented approach focused on delivering quality outcomes. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Wrike. Additional Qualifications (a plus, but not required): • Experience in the B2B insurance industry. • Experience with managing cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of stakeholder engagement and change management. • Project management certification. • Strong time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments. The applicable base salary range for this role is $74,600 to $139,100, determined based on various factors including experience and skills. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
