Job Details Position Summary: MarshBerry is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for our Beachwood, OH office. As the Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide professional administrative support and value-added service to internal and external clients. This support will include assisting with the coordination of meetings and events, client correspondence, maintaining reports, preparing presentations, and additional administrative duties. Responsibilities: • Serve as a central support resource on the Administrative Services team, enabling consistent, high-quality administrative execution across business units. • Manage and traffic-control the company’s Administrative Services help desk ticketing system, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and standards are met. • Update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, Salesforce, as needed with relevant information, including but not limited to, adding new accounts/prospects and handling initial research/prioritization. • Provide biannual support to the Connect Team as a Strategic Interest Group (SIG) administrator and by supporting other program needs through administrative coordination, including but not limited to, presentation material preparation, presentation auditing and list management. • Develop, maintain, and improve administrative workflows, SOPs, templates, and documentation to drive efficiency and consistency. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing administrative processes and proposing scalable enhancements. • Act as a subject-matter expert for select administrative processes, tools, and best practices within the organization. • Support in-office event and meeting coordination in conjunction with the MarshBerry Facilities Team. • Assist in coordination of internal and external meetings. This may include support with agenda preparation, presentation preparation, material preparation, communications, recording meeting minutes, distributing takeaways and action items, and additional tasks as assigned. • Communicate effectively to both internal and external clients through written correspondence, email, and phone. • Provide overflow and backup support to Administrative Services team members during peak periods, employee leaves, or business-critical initiatives. • Cultivates and maintains effective relationships with potential internal/external clients, partners and stakeholders that can directly or indirectly lead to revenue generation for all MarshBerry services. • Special assignments or other projects as assigned. Selection Criteria Education & Experience: • High School diploma required. College degree (A.A.,+ degree or equivalent) is a plus. • Certification or advanced administrative training preferred. • Minimum of three to five years administrative experience. Experience in financial services, insurance, consulting, or related industries preferred. • Sales support experience strongly preferred. • Office management and facilities management experience preferred. • Proficient with technology including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, or similar database. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint is strongly preferred. • Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems strongly preferred. Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
