Job Description: This role has accountability & responsibility for localizing global Gum & Mints Category Strategy to North America; and, developing and executing RESPAWN snacking (Gum, Mints, Snacks, Gummies etc.) and New Gum Innovation go-to-market strategy. What are we looking for? • Bachelor degree in business/sales or MBA • 9+ years experience in Key account management, Category development and/or field sales • Entrepreneurial and agile mindset, and ability to connect dots cross functional, external partners, global and; ability shape broader strategy and still operate regionally with speed • Experience in scaling innovation/business model development/P&L is beneficial for the role. • Ability/Intent to manage and influence senior stakeholders across the organization, both global and regional • Ability to set a shared vision/goal and rally the team towards it • Excellent communication and networking skills What will be your key responsibilities? Localizing Global Gum & Mints Category Strategy to North America • PPA Strategy Support NA: Help in leading PPA support for 2028+ stick count reduction • Category Strategy: Partnering with NA Category and NA Marketing to create a category strategy inclusive of new functional innovation. • Channel Level Strategy: working with NA Customer Marketing to ensure category principles are integrated by channel • Owning and adapting transaction zone strategy to fit the new vision for gum and mints Developing and Executing RESPAWN and New Gum Innovation Go-To-Market Strategy • Develop and test & learn channel strategy, trade architecture, promotional guidelines and % of TE available to trade the brand and merchandising guidelines (location, space share, layout, flow etc.) to support scaling • Work directly with select retailers, in conjunction with MW sales leads, to scale RESPAWN snacking portfolio, following "skate ramp" model and influence team significantly in driving new G&M and Respawn innovation. • Develop scaling strategy across the portfolio of products for Respawn including snacking (gum, mints, snacks, gummies etc.) and provide the team with customer requirements and shape business models in the areas of margin, profit pools, category management and pricing. • For snacking portfolio of Respawn: creating a portfolio approach in partnership with larger Mars snacking team from a customer, channel and shelf perspective • Play a significant role in building, sharing and influencing key regional (SVPs, GM) and global leadership (CGO) of snacking around vision, strategy, results and resourcing required. • Performance Tracking: Innovation for Respawn and Other Core Gum Initiatives (Extra +, Vibe Spark) Develop sales and marketing metrics & KPIs by account. • Create a network of partner customers which allow to quickly test value propositions in an in-store/D-com environment. • Play an active role in platform innovation pipeline development. Enable pipeline co-creation with incubator accounts, test & learn concepts & prototypes with retail shoppers. • Connect Respawn gaming platform and Gum innovation to overall unit Category vision (Snacking/Gum) • Prioritize brand building & gamer engagement by co-creating best in class marketing activations. Leverage Razer Brand Reach, In-store, digital platforms, events. Apply learnings by teaching MW system how to grow RESPAWN. The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee's work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents, and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also receive the following paid-time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee's work schedule): 120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year, and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays. USD 169,840.00 - USD 233,530.00
