Job Description: • Salary on offer is $90-110K plus benefits* As theGlobal R&D Communications Manager, you willexecutethe global R&D communication strategy that drives visibility,alignmentand engagement across the R&D Community at Mars. The role deliversinternal and external communicationson behalf of theMarsR&D Leadership Teamandworksclosely with a cross-segmentteamof R&D communicators. Responsibilitiesincludedevelopingand executingglobal R&D broadcasts, Science, Innovation and Quality events, andthe Mars R&D Awards-R&D's signature global recognition programthat celebratesoutstandingtalentacross our community of more than5,000R&D Associatesat Mars. Theroleis amember ofthe Global R&D Communications Team,reportingto the R&D Communications Director. What are we looking for? • A passion for communications andexperience driving campaigns in a global environment. • Experience in communications preferred. • Experience working with senior stakeholders to driveimpactfulcommunications. • Global experience indrivingcommunications across multiplesegments,functionsor teams. • Experience inestablishingcommunications metricsandleveraginginsights tooptimizeand improve future communications. What will be your key responsibilities? Lead and developtheglobalR&D communicationsstrategy,includingevents,content, audience, andchanneldevelopment. • Managingthe execution of strategic internal R&D communications on behalf of the Mars R&D Leadership Team. • Leadthe annualR&DUpdate,R&D'sonly writtenglobalcommunication. • Partner withsegment and corporateR&D communicatorsto deliverthe bi-weeklyR&D Heads Up, sharing the latestR&D-related news with the top 100 R&Dleaders at Mars. • Create collaborative partnerships across the business. Partner closely withcommunicationscolleagues inthesegments and corporatetodrivebest-in-classR&Dstorytelling. • Manage and measure work.Track metrics and develop insights thatdrivecontinuous improvement and impactfulR&D communications.
