Full Description

This is a temporary position. The FLEX Senior Manager - Quality Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data related to customer feedback and operational performance for properties across various segments in US & Canada. This role will leverage analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations that provide direction to drive continuous improvement that ensure exceptional guest experiences to drive performance in alignment with enterprise and continent strategies. Additionally, this Senior Manager will be responsible for adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives as well as creating detailed reports and tools that support the decision-making process across the US and Canada continent. The pay range for this position is $47.30 to $65.63 per hour. Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
