JOB SUMMARY The Director of Enterprise Transformation & Innovation is a strategic leader responsible for driving organization‑wide initiatives and future strategy. This role partners across functions to identify opportunities, lead high‑impact initiatives, and ensure alignment with the company’s long‑term vision. The Director oversees execution of complex enterprise projects including milestone tracking, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement and delivers clear insights to senior leadership to support an agile, future‑focused organization. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required • 4- year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in related field appropriate to work position or 8+ years in hotel operations experience or other relevant experience. • Strong project management background, with proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution. • Demonstrates strong system knowledge across both associate facing and backend platforms, including Property Management Systems, Central Reservation Systems, and EMPOWER: GXP • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including coaching, workload management, and talent development. • Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, manage competing priorities, and influence without authority across diverse stakeholder groups. • Strong analytical skills ability to analyze and simplify quantitative and qualitative data. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and align stakeholders at all levels. Preferred • Formal Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, etc.). • Experience leading large-scale transformation or innovation programs within a hospitality, service, or customer-centric organization. • Experience working within or alongside enterprise modernization programs, digital transformation efforts, or systems optimization initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to create structure, clarity, and measurable outcomes in ambiguous environments. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES • Lead enterprise-wide transformation and innovation initiatives that modernize operations, enhance agility, and advance long-term strategic priorities. • Manage complex, high-impact projects from design through execution, ensuring clear scope, aligned objectives, and measurable results across cross-functional teams. • Integrate Run-the-Business operations with modernization efforts, leveraging Power of M systems and operational insights to improve processes and optimize enterprise performance. • Oversee workforce planning by aligning project staffing to deadlines, assessing existing team capacity, identifying resource gaps, and balancing operational needs with budget guidelines. • Drive stakeholder alignment and change leadership, influencing without authority, facilitating adoption, and ensuring successful rollout of new processes, systems, and capabilities. • Provide executive-ready reporting and insights, tracking progress, risks, milestones, and performance metrics to support informed leadership decisions.
