We are looking to add a Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) Legal Receptionist to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for general office tasks to include, but are not limited to, answering phones and speaking to potential clients, gathering information, scanning documents, maintaining client files, updating attorney calendars, preparing trial binders, answering basic client questions, and otherwise assisting office staff.
