Manage receptionist duties including answering calls, processing purchase orders and invoices, and providing excellent client service.
At least 2 years experience in a similar role, good computer skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, preferably with construction or related industry experience.

You will perform a range of duties, including answering phone calls, processing purchase orders, invoices, and more. Pay will be based on experience. Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support. As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
