We’re looking for a Content Manager with a strong copy background to help bring our brand to life through thoughtful, engaging content across our marketing channels. In this role, you will plan, develop, and execute content that connects with customers across their journey—from discovery to retention—while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice. You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to plan, create, and manage content across campaigns and customer touch points while using insights and performance data to continually improve content effectiveness. What You’ll Do Develop and execute brand content strategy across owned and paid marketing channels, both digital and offline. Own end-to-end copy development for campaigns and marketing assets across channels and touchpoints while maintaining Marley Spoon’s brand voice and standards. Use data and customer insights to create and optimiz content performance in line with campaign and business goals. Own the regional content calendar and support campaign planning and execution across marketing channels and initiatives. Partner with colleagues on the global and regional marketing, culinary and merchandising teams to manage content from concept and ideation through brief development and delivery. Stay up to date on content trends and best practices and contribute to the evolution of Marley Spoon’s brand and content strategy. Support customer communications and additional ad hoc projects as needed. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of professional experience in content marketing, brand communications, or copywriting roles Exceptional writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail and strong command of grammar, tone, and brand voice Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively with marketing, creative, and other stakeholders Experience working with content management systems and project management tools (e.g., WordPress, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace) Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment and take ownership from concept to execution Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights to inform content decisions Understanding of the customer journey and how content supports acquisition, engagement, and retention Nice to Have Experience working with food, DTC, subscription, or lifestyle brands Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Looker, Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager Experience developing brand voice or messaging frameworks Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment Benefits: Remote work policy. 20 annual leave days +2 days extra days for every year of tenure (up to 10). 5 training days per year.
