You'll help develop and grow the company's strategy for Strategic Account Executive goals while driving operational excellence in day-to-day business management. What you'll bring to the table: • Drive revenue growth for our partner's enterprise solutions and help reach the revenue goals • Maintain high customer satisfaction across teams while prioritizing user feedback • Create and refine best-in-class processes including pipeline development, conversion rates, forecasting, hiring, and performance management • Lead talent development and ensure talent retention, following best practices for coaching in order to enable internal career growth • Work closely with Sales Development and Operations as well as the Product and Marketing teams for ideal customer-focused results Who you are: • You have at least 5+ years of success in managing individual sellers in a market-leading SaaS business, with the ability to identify, motivate and manage A+ talent • You can prioritize focus of effort and inquiry with clear business impact in mind • You are able to effectively communicate complex concepts with actionable insights • You're an independent self-starter who stays accessible and collaborative • You thrive in fast-paced environments with a focus on immediate and optimal results • You bring humility and a strong desire for consistent improvement • You're comfortable forecasting deals from 0-100 on a weekly basis
