You'll collaborate with global colleagues across multiple divisions, contributing your skills to build meaningful investor relationships and achieve strategic capital-raising goals. What you'll do: • Support in the development and execution of sales and engagement plans for investors and consultants, providing regular and timely progress updates and actionable insights • Coordinate due diligence sessions and maintaining an extensive fundraising Q&A database • Provide detailed briefing notes and presentation materials for meetings, ensuring consistent global processes for sales and investor support activities • Be on top of proper management for the sales pipeline, investor activity tracking, and data room access • Work closely with global teams to effectively centralize investor intelligence • Research and identify industry trends, key prospects, clients, and investment products and strategies to enhance fundraising strategies and investor relationships What you'll bring: • Prior experience in project management or supporting sales activities within the funds or investment management industry • Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders • Knowledge of capital-raising processes in investment management • Familiarity with financial services and asset management sectors, practices and terminology • A proactive approach with excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong process management abilities and keen attention to detail • Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
