As we continue to expand our global footprint, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (.Net) to join our innovative and dynamic team. Senior Software Engineer (.Net) | About the Role As a Senior Software Engineer (.net), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications that drive business value and operational efficiency. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product teams, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions throughout the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong .NET development expertise with modern application architecture, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery practices to solve complex business challenges and mentor junior team members. This position requires the ability to convert to a full-time employment with the client without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future. No C2C arrangements. Senior Software Engineer (.Net) | Day-to-Day • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using modern software engineering principles and best practices. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to gather requirements, evaluate technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software aligned with business objectives. • Develop and support APIs, backend services, database solutions, and user-facing applications while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. • Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex application and system issues across multiple environments. • Create and maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to development, quality assurance, and change management standards. • Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to Agile ceremonies, continuous improvement initiatives, and project delivery success. Senior Software Engineer (.Net) | Skills & Experience • 12+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, T-SQL, and enterprise application development. • Hands-on experience building modern web applications and APIs, including JavaScript, REST APIs, Entity Framework, and service-oriented architectures. • Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS preferred. • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, source control, testing frameworks, CI/CD, and modern development practices. • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred) and familiarity with AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, or Graph-based solutions is highly desirable; mortgage origination industry experience is a plus.
