About the Sales Manager – Google Cloud ISV: MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for a Sales Manager for our Google Cloud team. As a Sales Manager, you will manage the day-to-day activities and performance of a sales team to ensure their success and the overall performance of the team. Location: US - Remote What will you do? Successfully drive your teams to meet and exceed sales quotas and client expectations. Leverage data and analytics to monitor and drive your team’s performance, identify achievements as well as areas of focus Hold regular team meetings/huddles to ensure alignment of team performance and goals Identify best practices and makes recommendations to senior leadership to improve team and program performance and identify potential areas for growth Help identify sales trends and customer feedback to improve client products and processes Support the sales team by ensuring that all internal systems and tools (expense reporting, time card, etc.) are up to date What will you need to succeed? Direct and B2B sales experience required, leadership experience preferred Must be competitive and be willing to drive, push and exceed goals 2 or more years of management/supervisory experience or equivalent in a telesales environment. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $5,000.00 annually.
