Our client is seeking a Program Account Manager to serve as a trusted partner to assigned customer accounts while managing day-to-day program execution. This role blends relationship management, customer support, invoicing, reporting, and operational coordination. What You’ll Do Client Relationship & Customer Support (30%) • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned program accounts • Deliver professional, consistent customer service via email and phone • Resolve employee support requests, including order updates and tracking • Communicate program policies, returns, and order changes clearly • Troubleshoot employee web platform issues • Coordinate with Purchasing and internal teams on backorders and substitutions • Support sourcing requests for customer events Invoicing & Financial Coordination (30%) • Complete invoicing across multiple platforms and payment types • Accurately compile and format invoicing data in Excel • Apply customer-specific billing nuances (sales tax, shipping, POs, account fees) • Calculate and validate sales tax (TaxJar experience a plus) • Maintain organized financial documentation • Manage multiple data sources with high attention to detail Account Maintenance & Updates (20%) • Process employee profile updates, activations, and deactivations • Coordinate system updates with web team • Process employee refunds and assist with credit card refund requests • Communicate account changes clearly to customers and employees Reporting & Data Analysis (15%) • Generate and format reports for customers and leadership • Analyze program usage and spending trends • Provide reports on: • Employee allotment usage • Spend by PO • Shipping costs • Order history • Active vs. inactive employees • Translate raw data into clear, professional Excel reports Operational Support (5%) • Assist with vendor inventory checks • Prepare packing slips and bulk orders • Support team travel, fittings, and customer deliveries What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or Client Support • Strong Excel skills (comfortable working with data and formatting reports) • Experience with invoicing, billing, or financial documentation • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple systems and platforms simultaneously • Comfortable working in an in-person, collaborative environment Apply today if you enjoy building relationships, working with data, and ensuring clients receive exceptional support.
