About the Opportunity: We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This is a high-impact role with opportunities for growth, ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, client engagement, and delivering high-quality work. As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of market research projects for one of our internal communities - Pinecone Research. This role involves the development of technical skills to successfully manage projects and effectively communicate with clients. By facilitating effective communication and maintaining project efficiency, the Project Manager enhances our ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to the organization's success and fostering strong client relationships. What You'll Do: Project Management: Manage the overall flow and execution of projects, ensuring timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded. This includes: Owning individual projects from handoff at time of win to invoicing Assess feasibility for incoming bids on potential client work and make recommendations as needed Managing fielding for internal samples Managing multiple projects at a given time Client Communication: Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle including: Daily touch points with clients to ensure all projects stay on track Answering standard client questions Proactive and consultative communication with clients Technical Proficiency: Ensure the execution and quality of project deliverable through various activities such as: Working knowledge of all pertinent systems and tools Ability to troubleshoot in all project phases (project setup, fielding, post-field) Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow Self-serve using available reporting tools/dashboards on sampling needs during project lifecycle Reconciling projects and invoicing Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans Monitor and address issues proactively to keep projects on track Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational requirements Document any best practice findings for innovative solutions and develop those into training decks, one-pagers, checklists, etc What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in market research or a related industry Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, manage and effectively deliver on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal skills along with technology proficiency to support effective interaction with other team members, all levels of management, executives, outside vendors and clients Initiative to explore and recommend more innovative and efficient ways to execute job responsibilities A can-do, positive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to lead and support the development of team members across the organization Ability to organize and interpret data in Excel What We Offer: Competitive base salary: $76,000-$95,000 Flexible vacation policy – take the time you need to recharge Comprehensive health, vision & dental insurance 401k with company contribution Commuter benefits Opportunity for career progression with plenty of room for personal growth What to Expect: 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter 2nd Round: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager 3rd Round: Aptitude assessment 4th Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team Please note that we are fully onsite work environment, and require daily presence at our Back Bay (Boston) or LoDo/Union Station (Denver) office.
