The Senior Wealth Consultant is responsible for driving new client acquisition for the firm by engaging with leads generated for our wealth management business. This role is focused on the initial outreach, qualification, and discovery with prospective clients, then partnering closely with Advisors to progress opportunities through the sales process and ultimately onboard new wealth management clients. The Senior Wealth Consultant will work closely with internal sales teams and Advisors to ensure seamless lead management and conversion, playing a key role in expanding the firm’s client base and contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct timely outreach to assigned leads through phone, email, and virtual meetings to initiate client conversations and build interest in the firm’s wealth management services Qualify prospective clients by assessing financial needs, goals, and fit through structured discovery conversations Gather and document detailed client information to support Advisors in advancing opportunities and closing business Partner with Advisors throughout the sales process to ensure continuity, alignment, and a seamless client experience Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline Accurately track lead activity, opportunity status, and pipeline progress within CRM systems Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to follow established lead handling processes and ensure timely handoffs Deliver a professional, consultative experience that reflects the firm’s client-first approach Meet or exceed individual sales activity and conversion targets Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and sales outcomes Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited college or university 7+ years of experience in financial services sales or a related client-facing role Series 65 or CFP required Skills and Knowledge Proven success selling to new and existing clients in a consultative sales environment Strong experience managing the full sales cycle, including outreach, qualification, discovery, and handoff Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to engage prospects at various levels Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to clearly document opportunities and maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce or similar CRM tools High level of organization and follow-through Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective clients Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based sales environment Note: All Senior Wealth Consultants must have a clean U4 with no disclosures. EOE M/F/D/V Our compensation reflects the cost of talent across multiple U.S. geographic markets and is designed to reward strong performance. The base pay for this position across all U.S. geographic markets ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 and represents one component of the total compensation opportunity. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in a performance-driven incentive compensation program that is intended to represent a substantial portion of total compensation. Incentive compensation is governed by the applicable plan terms and awards, if any, are based on multiple factors, including individual and organizational performance.
