Job Description: • Assist and back-up the Director of ICM with all pertinent duties related to Institutional Cash Management. • New client onboarding • Monthly/daily/weekly ICM operating activities • Work with Clearwater Analytics to address client accounting questions • Assist director with various ad hoc projects and support where needed Requirements: • Some college with an emphasis in a financial field of study • Customer service supporting financial clients or interacting with financial services and systems • 2+ years in a similar role Benefits: • None
