Greets park visitors and interprets park features for customers, including, but not limited to, park use areas, rules and regulations, fees and special uses of park lands Responds to e-mails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries and concerns from the public, agencies, park personnel or others regarding designated parks in a professional manner; Oversees ordering and inventory functions of the Nature Center, contact station, and souvenir fund Prepares weekly/monthly park souvenir fund order; ensures order meets all department requirements Provides general administrative support to park staff Other Job Duties as assigned (e.g. light janitorial, litter collection, landscaping, exhibit display care, etc). Working Conditions Exerting up to 20 lbs. occasionally, 10 lbs. frequently, or negligible amounts constantly OR requires walking or standing to a significant degree. Position is typically office or administrative work and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
