Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Officer. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include managing customer communications, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Qualifications • Excellent Customer Service, Customer Support, and Interpersonal Skills • Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver outstanding Customer Experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a remote setting • Experience in the real estate or finance industry is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
