ABOUT THE JOB The Senior Manager, Integrated GTM Programs provides strategic leadership and direction for the successful execution of high-impact marketing and broader go-to-market programs that are highly matrixed across the related functions, their senior leadership, and in certain cases, external relationships. Highly adept at managing multiple complex initiatives with clarity and precision, this individual will drive alignment among business objectives, marketing/go-to-market program success, and cross-functional execution. With a central focus on providing “force-multiplying” leverage to the CMO and to their executive collaborators (for specific strategic priorities), the senior manager/director is critical to ensuring the delivery of initiatives that advance commercial outcomes, and ultimately, Marathon Health’s market leadership in advanced primary care. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Go-to-market execution: Support the design and delivery of key marketing and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and evolving market dynamics Strategic liaison: Serve as a senior point of connection across focal market workstreams, the Growth SWAT, client initiatives, and other special projects – building strong internal/external partnerships Insight and strategy: Strengthen organizational thinking through research, industry expertise, and data-driven insights that inform key decisions as well as continuous improvement Matrix management: Champion program objectives from concept to completion – collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and third-party partners to ensure seamless execution and measurable results Program governance: Track success metrics, monitor progress, manage budgets, and make strategic adjustments to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes Stakeholder communication: Distill complex operational details into clear, actionable insights and briefs that illuminate program status, risks, and opportunities Outcomes orientation: Balance wide-ranging demands and artfully deal with disruption to advance quality delivery amid changing needs Influencer engagement: Periodically represent the organization at key internal/external events and industry forums QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in management, administration, education, social sciences, or public health; plus 9+ years of progressive program and/or project management experience with at least 4 years enabling executive-led initiatives; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven success managing strategic programs within the healthcare sector, with deep understanding of industry trends and strong business acumen Exceptional organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills; proven ability to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Strong service orientation and trust-building skills – with a wide range of stakeholders and in complex, matrixed organizations Excellent written/oral formal/informal communication skills; facile in conveying complex information to diverse audiences Advanced skills with MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Copilot DESIRED ATTRIBUTES PMP, PgMP, or comparable program management certification Experience with partner ecosystems, e.g., trade associations, media/public affairs, government officials, etc. Background in change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000/yr This position is also eligible for an annual incentive. The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
