Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm PST ABOUT THE JOB Serves as a functional team representative and subject matter expert from the central operations team. Responsible for managing detailed clinical aspects of health center operations to ensure a successful launch of a new Marathon Health center as well as support existing health centers. Partners with internal Marathon Health teammates and external vendors to maintain continuous operations and high level of quality and safety. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Central Operations representative for a subset of health centers and new account implementations. Oversee and approve supply and equipment ordering for new health center implementations and subset of existing health centers. Evaluate and reconcile budgeted spend vs actual based on facility size, staffing model and ongoing expenses. Prioritize and organize workload and utilize time management techniques to meet deadlines. Set up accounts with external lab vendors, investigate pricing discrepancies, and resolve issues. Set up dispensing accounts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and resolve issues. Medical equipment asset tracking. Support subset of existing accounts with external vendors, formulary requests, facility issues and other clinical requests. Maintain and update health center CLIA, Dispensing and Biomedical Waste licenses, Pharmacy permits, Radiology and Physical Therapy permits. Update online or paper resources field teams require for dispensing, CLIA and biomedical waste programs. Provides dispensing sites with medication transaction history reports for state audits. Subject Matter Expert on operations software applications. Present and execute process improvement solutions. Collaborate with other departments to communicate operational changes. QUALIFICATIONS Associate’s degree in business management and 2+ years in office administration including inventory and supply ordering, asset tracking, tracking and reconciling expenses, investigating discrepancies, and working with vendor contracts or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with safety and knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations. A medical background and/or training, preferably as a LNA, MA, or LPN. Familiar with healthcare operations, medical terminology, and clinical supplies. Strong technical expertise using Salesforce, Stampli, Smartsheets, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Experience using an HRIS system such as Workday. Detail-oriented and ability to manage the competing priorities of coordinating multiple tasks and projects with different deadlines. Flexibility to operate in a constantly evolving and fast paced environment. A proven record of successfully working with stakeholders/clients, guests, and vendors. Strong written and oral communications skills Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidential documents and communication, and use judgment and discretion. High level of critical thinking, and creative and effective problem-solving skills. Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000/yr The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
