What You'll Do: - You will provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. - You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to industrial automation systems. - You will document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in our support database. - You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. - You will assist in creating and updating technical documentation and user guides. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest product developments. - You will contribute to improving support processes and customer service quality. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or a related field, preferably in industrial automation. - Strong knowledge of industrial automation hardware and software. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency with support ticketing systems and CRM software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with HMI and SCADA systems. - Technical certifications related to industrial automation. - Multilingual abilities to support a diverse customer base.
