Full Job Description As a Regional Manager, you will have responsibility for overseeing the daily activities and employees at the community. Our third party management company is expertly skilled in all areas of MH operations- from billing to collecting to curb appeal while bringing new ideal and innovative solutions. Responsibilities: • Hiring of new staff (as needed) as well as Management of existing staff, recruiting, and training. Determine and approve staffing levels of each community. • Coordinate education and training of team members to enhance skill development. • Weekly calls with community management to review status of maintenance projects, rent collections, home sales as well as any other issues or concerns. • Community Infrastructure you will be coordinating and reviewing with staff the day to day needs as well as asset management. • Capital improvements and the need to jump in and help solve problems, water breaks, major sewer issues and electrical issues. • Develop and implement marketing programs and advertising plans, including strategies and activities to achieve targeted results. • Resident relations issues, there are times a community manger needs the support of someone higher up. You will resolve concerns as they come up with consistency and profession management. • Conduct on-site inspections and ensure each community is consistently maintained and groomed to the curb appeal standards. • Handle and resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. • Meet and maintain communication with residents, homeowner associations or boards. • Assists with special projects REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of 2 years property management experience • MH Industry Experience preferred • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email, internet, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience using Rent Manager, preferred • Team Building • Verbal and nonverbal communication • Coaching and Leadership • Strong organizational skills • Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid Time Off • Dental insurance • Holiday time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday We don’t just accept difference - we celebrate it!
