We are looking for an outstanding R&D Director. This is a remote, part-time position. Candidates should have experience in polymer materials and a good understanding of flame retardants and conductive additives. Responsibilities 1. Develop lightweight, high-strength bamboo (wood)-plastic composites through structural optimization and improved molding processes. 2. Develop flame-retardant bamboo (wood)-plastic composites by screening and incorporating novel, high-efficiency flame retardants. 3. Develop antistatic bamboo (wood)-plastic composites by researching and introducing novel conductive additives. Qualifications 1. Doctoral degree 2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience 3.
