Solder Technician – Join the Innovation! Location: Irvine, CA Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $20/hr Type: Temp to Hire Are you passionate about precision and electronics? What You’ll Do • Assemble and solder electronic components onto circuit boards using IPC A-610 standards. • Read schematics and technical manuals to guide your work. • Test and troubleshoot electronic devices to ensure optimal performance. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols.Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and clients to ensure project success. • What You Bring • High visual acuity and manual dexterity for working with components of all sizes. • Ability to interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and processes. • Commitment to maintaining ESD integrity and high-quality standards.Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. • Preferred Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED (required). • Associate degree in electronics or related field (preferred). • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in soldering or electronics assembly.
