Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sector, is seeking an Agile Project Manager - RESUME BUCKET for 4 POSITIONS (Charlotte) to join their team. As an Agile Project Manager - RESUME BUCKET for 4 POSITIONS (Charlotte), you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Agile Project Manager - Jira exp, must Location: Charlotte, NC (401 N Tryon) Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion What's the Job? • Manage cross-departmental projects related to Line of Business products, processes, and employee readiness. • Partner with teams to develop and sustain change management strategies. • Evaluate current methods and develop strategies for project improvements. • Oversee project execution using appropriate tools to ensure timely completion. • Serve as a secondary point of contact for critical change initiatives and support training material development. What's Needed? • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Jira Align. • Proficiency in Excel reporting, including Pivot Tables, Vlookups, and If Statements. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing. • Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects under tight deadlines. • Experience in conducting large-scale training sessions and developing presentation materials.
