The Role This is not a traditional associate role. It’s an opportunity to run your own practice within Manifest’s infrastructure. You’ll have the autonomy to manage and strategize cases the way you believe they should be run, while leveraging our technology, sales engine, marketing, and operational support. You’ll own your outcomes. You’ll communicate directly with clients. You’ll build systems. And as your caseload grows, you’ll have the opportunity to build and manage your own team of paralegals and junior attorneys. This role is best suited for a high-trust, high-accountability attorney who thrives in autonomy and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty in every aspect of the case process. What You’ll Do Own and lead business immigration cases from strategy to approval Focus heavily on EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 petitions Draft, review, and file high-quality petitions and supporting documentation Serve as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for your clients Collaborate closely with Manifest’s intake, sales, and operations teams Manage paralegals and junior attorneys as your practice grows Communicate consistently and proactively with clients and internal teams Contribute to revenue growth and be rewarded directly for it Who This is For This role is designed for attorneys who: Want meaningful autonomy and decision-making authority Are comfortable operating independently and taking full ownership of results Have a builder mindset and want to grow something long-term Are highly communicative and responsive Are not above drafting, revising, organizing exhibits, or solving bottlenecks Thrive in high-trust environments with minimal micromanagement Want their compensation to reflect the revenue they generate What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience practicing immigration law Strong focus on business immigration, especially: EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 cases Proven success drafting and filing complex petitions Excellent writing and client communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Willingness to obtain Arizona bar admission upon joining What We Offer Full-time, fully remote position Competitive base compensation Performance-based bonus tied directly to revenue generated No billable hour quotas No requirement to generate your own leads Full infrastructure support: technology, marketing, intake, billing, operations Opportunity to build and lead your own team You’re not joining as a cog in a machine.
