Candidates should have 1-2 years of full-cycle SMB SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of success in short sales cycles. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with service-based small businesses are preferred.

You’ll help salon and spa owners modernize how they run their businesses so they can become more profitable and confident operators. What You’ll Do Become an expert in Mangomint and the salon & spa industry so you can build trust instantly and advise owners with confidence Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close — text, call, demo, and everything in between Run concise, high-energy discovery and demo conversations that get to the heart of the customer’s needs Manage a steady inbound pipeline efficiently and with urgency — no lead left waiting Sell on value and outcomes, not technical specs Collaborate closely with onboarding to ensure a seamless launch and great first impression for every customer Go above and beyond your quota to help your teammates and the company succeed What We’re Looking For 1-2 years of full-cycle SMB SaaS sales experience, with proven success in short sales cycles (under 10 days) You thrive in a high-velocity environment and can juggle many warm leads at once without dropping the ball Excellent communicator with a conversational approach — you speak with people, not at them Proven track record of excellence Must embrace CRM data accuracy and accountability (we use Salesforce + Momentum.io to track activity and ensure nothing falls through the cracks) Familiarity with salons, spas, or other service-based small businesses is a major plus You bring energy, humility, and a bias for action every day What You’ll Love About Mangomint Competitive compensation Employee stock options Comprehensive health coverage (health, dental, vision, life & disability) Generous monthly wellness budget (gym, massage, etc.) Premium Calm app & One Medical membership Flexible, unlimited PTO 401k, HSA and FSA plans available (no current match) Mangomint is an equal opportunity employer.
