Role Description The Business Development Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bay Shore, NY. This position supports growth initiatives by identifying local business opportunities, assisting with partnership outreach, and coordinating promotional activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing sales trends, preparing reports, and supporting the development of proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring that all activities align with Mango Mango Dessert’s brand standards and growth goals. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience interpreting data to support business decisions. • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with external partners. • Candidates should possess Market Research skills to assess local trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. • Candidates should possess Proposal Writing skills to prepare business proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation. • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to maintain positive relationships and represent the brand professionally. • Additional beneficial qualifications include organizational and time-management skills, proficiency with office productivity and CRM tools, and familiarity with restaurant or retail operations. • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is preferred.
