Serve as the primary point of contact, anticipating needs, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service every step of the way. • Lead project success. Oversee every aspect of project execution — from timelines to budgets and vendor coordination — ensuring delivery that meets both client goals and company standards. • Own the strategy and the details. Plan proactively, solve challenges creatively, and adapt quickly when plans shift without missing a beat. • Review with precision. Evaluate designs, layouts, and documentation with a sharp eye to maintain consistency, accuracy, and brand integrity. • Collaborate and influence. Partner with internal teams, vendors, and clients to align objectives, drive accountability, and keep everyone moving toward a shared vision. • Be the leader on-site. Represent the team during installations, live events, and teardowns — taking charge under pressure and ensuring flawless delivery. What You Bring • A confident communicator who can balance directness with approachability. • Proven experience managing clients, coordinating complex projects, and navigating high-pressure environments. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities while keeping every stakeholder informed. • High attention to detail and quality control — nothing escapes your review. • The ability to make smart, timely decisions with incomplete information. • Flexibility to travel and put in extra hours during peak show seasons. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for managing budgets and deliverables. • Prior experience in B2B account management OR event marketing, event management, corporate event planning, graphic & print design, or similar.
