Position Overview ManagedWay Company, a leading provider of colocation, cloud computing, private connectivity, and AI infrastructure services with two state-of-the-art data centers in Troy, Michigan, is seeking a motivated Junior Account and Project Coordinator to join our small, collaborative team. In this full-time, entry-level role, you will support client relationships, coordinate projects, and manage vendor interactions to help deliver reliable, tailored tech solutions with our signature 24/7 support and 100% uptime commitments. Key Responsibilities • Account Support: Assist in preparing and sending client quotes, proposals, and pricing details (including markups, cost/margin breakdowns). Follow up on inquiries, track leads and communications in our systems, and ensure timely responses to maintain partner satisfaction. • Project Coordination: Manage small-scale projects such as service implementations, renewals, or upgrades. Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables using internal project tracking tools. Assist in scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution to keep initiatives on track. • Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with key vendors and carriers (e.g., AT&T, Cogent). Handle routine communications, process orders, monitor performance, and resolve basic issues in coordination with the team. • Team and Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, data entry, report preparation, and support to the sales and operations teams in our small office setting. Collaborate closely with colleagues to support overall business goals and contribute to process improvements. • Professional Standards: Maintain confidentiality, adhere to company policies on data security and ethical conduct, and align all activities with industry and legal standards. Qualifications • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). • 0–2 years in customer service, administrative support, sales assistance, or coordination roles. Tech or telecom exposure is a plus. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear verbal/written communication. Proficiency in Google Workspace i.e. Drive, Docs and Sheets • Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused with a professional demeanor. Comfortable in a small-team environment where everyone contributes directly. Work Arrangement Full-time, fully on-site at our headquarters: 600 Executive Dr, Troy, MI 48083. Standard business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility or after-hours availability for urgent client/vendor matters. Compensation and Benefits • Salary Range: $48,000–$58,000 annually (base, commensurate with experience and qualifications). Paid bi-monthly via direct deposit.
