Luxury fine art studio brand is looking for an EXPERIENCED Phone Sales Manager to oversee our staff of reservation specialists. This is a remote leadership position. We are looking for an upbeat, charismatic, self-motivated individual who is all about positive reinforcement, consistency, and results. If you thrive on teaching, coaching and motivating and are adept at exceeding SALES GOALS, this may be the perfect fit for you. Reporting to the Owner, you will be responsible for a department of appointment setters and are not afraid to be a working manager. The Client Services Manager will ensure that the call center maintains maximum productivity and efficiency and provides high-level customer service. This department is responsible for setting appointments, this is a sales department (not customer service). In this position, you will hire, train, prepare, and motivate our reservation specialists to provide excellent service to our clients while ensuring they reach their scheduling and appointment setting goals. You will apply set objectives and expectations, analyze call center metrics, ensure that the company and staff meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and provide reliable, proven support for clients and warm leads. You must be a strong sales closer and be able to lead by example. About Us We have been in business for 14 years and believe in holding each other accountable. What is in it for you? • 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday • Health stipend • 80 hours paid time off • 2 paid volunteer days • 401k • Base salary + bonuses on outcomes/targets • On Target Earning (OTE) $80,000-$100,000 per year (base $60-80K, if you hit quota and are following our best practices the additional added bonus is $20k per year) You Are • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills • Knowledge of management principles • Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate staff and produce targeted results • Decisiveness and attention to detail • Data-driven managerial skills, focused on reporting, data analysis, and definitive action to create results • Polite, professional phone voice • New England-based preferred Responsibilities • Meeting company standards and achieving weekly & monthly TARGETS • Hiring, training, coaching, and leading reservation specialists (a team of 3) as they provide support for clients • Answering staff questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, defusing challenging clients, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives • Leading daily team meetings, discussing expectations, clarifying questions regarding processes and practices plus maintaining the team manual and scripts • Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals • Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed • Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and client satisfaction • Inspire, cheerlead, support, and MOTIVATE the sales teams • Phone work including booking & confirming appointments and backfilling the calendar • Handling and creating reservation specialist schedules plus meeting with each weekly to complete 1:1 scorecards • Daily lead management Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • 8 years experience in sales/store management/customer service supervisory role and LEADERSHIP is essential • Has managed a team of 3+ • Call Center management is mandatory • Tech savvy • You understand and relate to the northeast USA mentality Tech/Home office requirements include: • Fast Internet Connection • Dedicated Home Office, computer • 2 monitors suggested • Corded Computer Headset • Knowledge of KEAP, Acuity Scheduling, JustCall, SimpleTexting a plus Additional Qualifications • A confident, engaging and POSITIVE PERSONALITY is vital • We are looking for a motivated and TARGET-DRIVEN individual, you are a natural leader who is able to thrive on maximizing the potential of your team, a real CHEERLEADER. • A proven leader and SALES CLOSER who leads by example • Able to recognize the needs of your staff, highly EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT
