As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for owning the client relationship and ensuring the successful delivery of all contracted services. Your role will be crucial in enhancing client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and developing best practices to drive operational success. What You’ll Do Client Relationship Management · Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering positive and trusting relationships. · Understand the unique needs and goals of each client and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements effectively. · Regularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, and emails to address inquiries, provide updates, and gather feedback. · Identify potential opportunities for cross-selling additional services to existing clients based on their evolving needs and industry trends. · Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies for upselling to clients and expanding business relationships. · Provide clients with guidance and training on utilizing our services effectively. · Keep clients informed about industry developments and best practices to support their utility bill management strategies. Service Delivery & Process Improvement · Oversee the delivery of energy procurement, rate analysis, ESG reporting, budgeting, and utility bill processing services. · Work with internal teams to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction. · Develop and implement best practices for client management, ensuring smooth service execution. Data Management & Reporting · Analyze client data to track performance, identify trends, and recommend service improvements. · Prepare and present insightful reports to clients and leadership to drive informed decision-making. · Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and industry regulations. What You Bring to the Team · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred) · Client Relationship Expertise – 3+ years of experience in client management, account management, or a similar role. • Operational & Analytical Skills – Ability to oversee service delivery, analyze client needs, and optimize workflows. • Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools. • Strong Communicator – Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish to engage effectively with stakeholders. • Problem-Solver & Strategic Thinker – Capable of managing complex client needs and implementing impactful solutions. • Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Team Player & Motivator – Passion for collaborating with internal teams to achieve excellence. we don’t just manage client accounts—we build long-lasting partnerships and drive energy solutions that make a difference.
