About the Role Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Partnerships Lead to support the launch and scaling of new platform products through strategic partnerships. In this role, you will identify, secure, and grow early partner relationships that validate new use cases, unlock commercial opportunities, and help scale programs globally. This is a highly cross-functional role suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys working at the intersection of product, business development, and innovation. You’ll play a key role in taking new offerings from concept to market while shaping long-term partnership strategy. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Development Build and manage senior-level relationships with strategic partners to drive joint growth and revenue opportunities. Develop customized partnership strategies, including business planning, co-marketing initiatives, and enablement programs. End-to-End Partner Ownership Lead the full partnership lifecycle—from initial scoping and recruitment through onboarding, execution, and long-term relationship management. Go-to-Market & Growth Strategy Define and execute a partnership strategy that identifies priority industries and partners, articulates clear value propositions, and supports scalable global growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to support technical integrations, product launches, and differentiated partner experiences. Program & Performance Management Establish success metrics, track KPIs, and use data to guide decision-making, program optimization, and stakeholder alignment. Product & Partner Advocacy Develop deep knowledge of integration models and platform capabilities. Surface partner feedback and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product offerings and partner experience. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances Proven experience launching and scaling partnerships, including early-stage or “0-to-1” programs Background working with B2B partnerships that drive supply acquisition or platform growth Industry experience within travel, services, transportation, experiences, or related ecosystems Strong ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams on integrations and product strategy Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced environments Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Key Details Role Type: Contract Start Date: February 24, 2026 End Date: August 24, 2026 Duration: 6 months Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) Location: Remote Pay Rate: Up to $80-$90/hour (based on experience) Number of Openings: 2
