About the Role Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Operations Manager to support regulatory compliance and operational strategy within a fast-growing technology environment. This role sits within a cross-functional operations team responsible for ensuring scalable compliance with evolving local regulations while supporting new business initiatives and customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a data-driven operator who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex operational challenges through thoughtful process design, technology, and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner closely with legal, engineering, operations, and data teams to build scalable compliance frameworks, improve operational processes, and implement tools that enable efficient regulatory program management. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive measurable improvements across regulatory operations programs. Key Responsibilities Partner with Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Supply teams to support regulatory compliance initiatives and daily operational workflows. Design and manage scalable regulatory operations programs that support evolving compliance requirements across global markets. Establish operational processes and rhythms, including stakeholder coordination, documentation, reporting, and project tracking. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve regulatory workflows using technology, data, and AI-enabled tools. Collaborate with cross-functional partners including policy, legal, engineering, data science, and operations teams to align strategy and execution. Analyze operational and regulatory risks and develop reporting systems that support proactive compliance management. Develop dashboards, reports, and operational insights using data analysis tools. Support the rollout and adoption of new operational tools and technologies across teams. Lead change management initiatives and document best practices to improve efficiency and program scalability. Present findings, program updates, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in operations, regulatory operations, management consulting, program management, or related fields. Experience managing large-scale compliance, regulatory, or operational programs in complex environments. Strong analytical and data skills, including experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, Looker, or similar analytics platforms. Proven ability to translate regulatory or operational challenges into scalable systems and processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with workflow or CRM tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms. Exposure to AI-enabled tools or automation technologies used within compliance or operational workflows. Experience supporting frontline operational teams through process implementation and tool enablement. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within operational environments. Key Details Start Date: March 30, 2026 Contract Duration: 12 months (through March 30, 2027) Location: Remote Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Compensation: $90 - $105 per hour (based on experience)
