About the Role Maleda Tech is seeking a dynamic Acquisition Account Manager to join our client's Experiences Supply organization in New York City. This multidisciplinary team focuses on finding, pitching, and onboarding the most exciting activities in NYC. You'll generate leads, pitch value propositions, and guide partners through the sales funnel to grow an experiences marketplace that fosters human connection and brings people together in meaningful ways. Key Responsibilities Industry Awareness, Trend-Spotting & Sourcing Identify and source key experts and activities that are core to NYC's identity and culture Stay updated on industry trends to source both existing and new experiences Build and contribute to city & region-specific leads lists Discover 'off-the-beaten-path' opportunities that align with the company's vision Sales & Acquisition Acquire both existing and co-created experiences by effectively pitching value propositions to prospective hosts Develop concepts and run-of-show plans Manage leads through internal funnels and tracking systems Maintain full accountability and ownership over your book of business Create innovative solutions to accelerate acquisition and overcome challenges Optimization & Retention Guide hosts through their first 3-6 months on the platform Support hosts with technical, optimization, and growth best practices (pricing, run-of-show) Retain priority hosts through their ramp-up period via online and in-person mechanisms Drive business success for priority hosts and their listings Communication & Collaboration Provide regular project updates and actionable feedback to cross-functional leads Effectively assess issues and collaborate with peers, leadership, and stakeholders Make compelling business cases for removing blockers and friction points Tracking & Reporting Ensure 100% accurate data hygiene across all tracking systems Report on both positive and negative performance trends with a solution-oriented mindset Stay current with best practices and team trainings Quality & Brand Alignment Ensure sourced supply meets quality standards and delivers against the experience vision Align leads with taste and quality measures set by stakeholders Qualifications Required Skills 6+ years in content/supply acquisition, partnerships, account management, or sales-related roles Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields Deep knowledge of NYC and broader region as it relates to travel, entertainment, pop culture, art, food & beverage, and hospitality trends Sharp eye for setting and spotting cultural trends; strong ability to assess quality and anticipate market shifts Experience delivering for cross-functional teams and fostering trust across creative, technical, and business disciplines Proficiency in CRM systems (like Salesforce) and organizational systems (like Airtable) Proven ability to deliver against KPIs and business targets Ability to thrive in ambiguity, pivot quickly, and adapt to changing strategies and scope Key Details Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid) Position Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Start Date: January 2026 Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday Pay Rate Range: Up to $71.00 per hour Reports To: Senior Manager, Supply Acquisition - Experiences for AMER
