About the Role Maleda Tech is seeking an Acquisition Account Manager to join a dynamic team focused on finding, pitching, and onboarding exciting activities for a leading hospitality platform. This role drives the acquisition of experiences in Miami through research, sourcing, and pitching. You'll generate leads through your personal network and lead generation tools, finding and developing high-quality, in-demand experiences hosted by experts. This position balances cross-functional needs across design, business, legal, and leadership teams as you move acquired experiences through the acquisition funnel. Beyond acquisition, you'll optimize listings (pricing, availability, merchandising) and support hosts through their first 3-6 months on the platform, ensuring their success. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Acquisition - Experiences for AMER. Key Responsibilities Industry Awareness, Trend-Spotting & Sourcing Identify and source key experts and activities core to Miami's identity and culture Stay updated on industry trends while building city & region-specific leads lists Find and develop unique "off-the-beaten-path" opportunities Sales & Acquisition Effectively pitch value propositions to prospective hosts Develop experience concepts and manage leads through internal systems Maintain accountability over your book of business Create solutions to accelerate acquisition and overcome obstacles Optimization & Retention Guide hosts through their first 3-6 months, providing technical and optimization support Implement best practices for pricing and experience execution Retain priority hosts through online and in-person support mechanisms Communication & Collaboration Provide regular project updates and actionable feedback Collaborate with peers, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders Present compelling business cases to remove blockers Tracking & Reporting Maintain 100% accurate data hygiene across all systems Report on performance trends with a solution-oriented mindset Stay current on team best practices and training Quality & Brand Alignment Ensure all sourced experiences meet quality standards Align leads with taste and quality measures from stakeholders Qualifications 6+ years in content/supply acquisition, partnerships, account management, or sales Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field Deep knowledge of Miami's culture, travel scene, entertainment, pop culture, art, food & beverage, and hospitality trends Sharp eye for setting and spotting cultural trends Strong ability to assess quality and anticipate market shifts Experience delivering for cross-functional teams Proficiency with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and organizational tools (like Airtable) Demonstrated accountability for results and KPI achievement Ability to thrive in ambiguity and pivot quickly as strategies evolve Key Details Start Date: January 6, 2026 Duration: 12 months Location: Miami, FL Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Pay Rate Range: $55-$71 per hour Work Arrangement: Hybrid in Miami, FL
