About the Role Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Accessibility Supply Operations Manager to lead and scale operational programs focused on improving the accuracy, quality, and adoption of accessibility features across a global marketplace platform. In this role, you will design and execute workflows that collect, verify, and enhance accessibility information while partnering closely with cross-functional teams across operations, analytics, community engagement, and media functions. Your work will directly improve trust, usability, and inclusion for guests with accessibility needs while enabling scalable operational excellence. This is a remote contract role with occasional travel and strong collaboration across international time zones. Key Responsibilities Build and scale operational programs to improve the accuracy and completeness of accessibility information across listings Lead targeted supply initiatives tied to major events and market priorities Integrate accessibility content into existing operational workflows and host engagement programs Partner with media and content teams to capture accessibility features through professional photography initiatives Develop outreach and onboarding programs for hosts within the disability community Optimize accessibility vetting and verification processes using data, automation, and emerging tools Collaborate cross-functionally to develop guidance, workflows, and quality assurance standards Track performance metrics and continuously improve operational efficiency and quality Qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, marketplace operations, or similar roles Proven success building scalable workflows with measurable improvements in quality and efficiency Strong analytical skills (Excel or Google Sheets required; SQL a plus) Ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong written and verbal communication with experience presenting structured updates Experience with QA programs, process documentation, and operational tools Vendor or partner management experience preferred Background or familiarity with accessibility initiatives or disability communities is a plus Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) Key Details Start Date: March 2, 2026 Contract Duration: Approximately 6 months (through September 2, 2026) Schedule: Full-time - 40 hours per week Location: 100% Remote (must have strong overlap with UK business hours) Travel: Occasional travel may be required Compensation Range: $45-$53/hour (based on experience)
