Full Description
MalaceHR is seeking a Custodial/Maintenance Lead for a school district in Roselle, IL. • Pay: $25.00 • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license • High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required • Will require FingerprintBackground check and drug screen Preferred Qualifications: • One (1) year of prior HVAC o mechanical technician experience is preferred • One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred • Should be Bilingual • Basic Computer Software knowledge (Outlook, Word, Calendar) Responsibilities: • This will be a working Custodial and General Maintenance Lead position • Oversee 5 Custodial Staff • Light plumbing, electrical and HVAC • Basic Grounds Maintenance • Floor Care • Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return • Manage workload and job scheduling • Keep manager informed of customer feedback • Communicate effectively and promptly • Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team • Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
