We are seeking an Operating Partner who will take a leadership role (CEO, COO, or CFO depending on strengths) and participate in equity ownership tied to execution and growth. The entity is already established in Arizona, compliant, insured, and operational. This opportunity is ideal for: • An experienced electrical contractor or construction operator • A company looking to expand into the Phoenix market immediately • An executive operator who wants ownership and control, not a salary-only role This company is ready to operate Day One with the purchase of a COI. Compensation Structure (Important) Indeed requires a salary range; however: This role is structured as an equity-based operating partnership. Cash compensation, if any, is secondary and milestone-based. Long-term upside is driven by ownership and company growth, not a fixed salary.
