Company Mak Global Corp (MGC) Location Fully Remote – Full Time Must live in North America (United States Only) Must maintain availability during CST business hours Compensation - $80,000-$100,000 Competitive – Based on Experience Performance-based bonus opportunities About Mak Global Corp Mak Global Corp is a national equipment finance company operating in a highly automated, systems-driven environment. We build proprietary automation within Zoho to power underwriting workflows, loan approvals, document automation, accounting sync, lender integrations, and executive reporting. We are seeking a Senior Zoho Systems Architect & Developer to design, implement, and scale complex automation inside the Zoho ecosystem. This is not a basic Zoho admin role. This is a systems architect + automation builder + API integrator role. Role Overview In this consulting-style position, you will interface directly with executive leadership to translate business challenges into scalable Zoho solutions. You will work independently to architect, build, and optimize systems that drive operational performance. You will own both development and strategic implementation across Zoho One. Primary Responsibilities Zoho Development & Customization • Design and implement advanced workflows in Zoho CRM • Build custom modules and approval blueprints • Develop underwriting logic and scoring systems • Write advanced Deluge scripts • Customize Zoho Creator applications (if applicable) • Maintain and troubleshoot existing Zoho applications API & Integration Development • Build REST API integrations • Send and receive data between Zoho and external systems • Implement webhooks and automation triggers • Integrate Zoho with third-party lender, accounting, and document platforms Financial & Operational Automation • Integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho Books • Automate invoicing and deal-to-accounting workflows • Build KPI dashboards in Zoho Analytics • Create document automation via Zoho Sign Business Process Implementation • Implement scalable workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Order Management • Convert executive discussions into documented technical requirements • Manage scope and expectations • Support system rollout and change management System Optimization • Identify automation opportunities • Improve process efficiency • Document system architecture • Contribute to long-term automation strategy Required Qualifications • Must live in North America • Fluent in English • 5+ years advanced Zoho CRM implementation and development experience • Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Books, Analytics (Desk preferred) • Advanced proficiency in Deluge scripting • Working knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python • Strong understanding of REST API architecture • Experience sending and receiving data via API • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple builds Preferred • Experience with Zoho Creator • Experience with SQL and database management • Experience implementing CRM systems at scale • Experience in equipment finance or commercial lending Work Requirements • Fully remote role • Must maintain professional availability during CST business hours • Strong video presence required To Apply If you live in North America and have 5+ years of advanced Zoho development experience, email your resume to leslie@makglobalcorp.com with the subject line: “Zoho Systems Architect – Automation Builder” In your email, include: • The most complex Zoho automation you personally built • A REST API integration you architected end-to-end • Your Deluge scripting experience • A system you implemented from design to launch Applications without this information will not be considered.
