Company: Revolution Medicines (RevMed) is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway Position Overview: RevMed is seeking an Executive Director or Vice President, Healthcare Law (depending on experience) to join the legal team. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this attorney will provide strategic legal guidance related to the Company’s planned commercialization activities, including related to market access, patient access programs, distribution and licensing, and regulatory submissions. A successful candidate will bring proven experience working at a publicly traded life sciences organization, with demonstrated success in driving legal cross-functional strategy. Experience: JD degree with 15+ years of legal experience, including leadership experience at a commercial stage biotech or pharmaceutical company. Location/Relo: Redwood City, CA on a hybrid basis. Remote candidates will be considered with the understanding that a regular in-office presence is required in order to collaborate with the team and other stakeholders. Compensation: The base salary range for this full-time position is $311,000 to $383,000 (depending on level) for candidates working onsite at RevMed’s headquarters in Redwood City, California. The range displayed is intended to be the base salary for an individual working onsite in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market in which a candidate is based.
