Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Operations Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting daily operational activities within our facility, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Duties • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed • Support the movement and organization of supplies throughout the facility • Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, sorting, and stacking materials • Operate basic tools and machinery following safety protocols • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment • Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently • Assist with inventory management and documentation as required Requirements • Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods • Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required • Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented mindset • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team • Reliable transportation or access to the workplace location • Ability to pass any necessary background checks or drug screenings as part of the hiring process This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in operations within a supportive team environment.
