Full Description

As a direct report to the Director of Finance and Operations, the Regional Sr. Financial Analyst role requires a highly efficient, detail-oriented, proactive individual. The Regional Sr. Financial Analyst works closely with Sales leadership and Staff Department Managers to provide monthly financial statement analysis, forecasts, and budgets. This role manages the financial and administrative activities of their assigned region to assure compliance with corporate policy and procedure. *This position does not offer relocation assistance.* Working Environment: Hybrid position 3 days in office, 2 days working from home. Candidate located in the Woodridge, IL office. Some travel: 15%-25% Responsibilities include: Provide status of the financial performance of the company’s operations through the collection, reporting, and interpretation of key financial data. Prepares and coordinates monthly closing and other reporting requirements. Assist the Director of Finance and Operations in the analysis of data (KPIs). Monitors and drives action plan to support locations Financial and Operational performance. Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget process and assist the Director of Finance and Operations and the Controller in the preparation of zero-based budgets and forecasts. Assist in developing policies and procedures. Ensure staff are adhering to company policies. Other duties as assigned. Core Competencies and Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required. CPA and/or MBA is a plus. 3-7 years’ experience in progressive FP&A roles. Able to work on various tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and communication skills (both oral and written). Ability to work efficiently and accurately with little direct supervision. Detail-oriented and results-driven. Ability to solve problems in a practical and pragmatic manner.
