About Us Magnum Property Management is a fast-growing property management and real estate brokerage based in Murrieta, CA. We pride ourselves on exceptional communication, transparency, and hands-on service. We are looking for a dependable and motivated Leasing & Move-In Coordinator to join our team and support our Leasing Department in the field. Job Summary The Leasing & Move-In Coordinator is responsible for conducting move-in inspections, coordinating pre-move-in tasks, and ensuring homes are fully prepared for new tenants. This is a field-based position requiring strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic knowledge of home systems. Responsibilities • Perform detailed move-in inspections, documenting property condition. • Verify safety equipment and features comply with California code. • Test basic home systems (breaker panel, main water shutoff, appliances, etc.). • Meet tenants for physical move-ins and provide property orientation. • Communicate inspection findings to property owners. • Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors regarding repairs, pricing, and availability. • Provide clear updates to tenants, owners, and internal departments. • Assist with leasing-related tasks and cross-train as needed.
