Join us to be part of a passionate team that is ushering in a new era of aviation.  About the role: We are looking for a driven and proactive Program Manager to manage the development of our products. As a Program Manager, you will manage the scope of work, resources, budget, risks, and schedule. You will monitor projects from initiation through delivery and interface with internal team members. If you love to get things done, learn new things, and want to be part of a passionate team of engineers working on cutting-edge technology, this is the right place for you.    Primary Responsibilities: * Full responsibility and accountability for the project deliverables and outcomes. * Organize and lead project activities and IPT meetings; ensure communication facilitates completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints  * Develop detailed project plan, budget, and task management to achieve task order objectives  * Perform detailed project tracking and produce insights into program performance though earn value metrics from programmatic data sets derived from cost, time, schedule and budget * Identification of program variance to plan, formulate actions plans to keep top level milestones on track though identification and management of the critical part * Identify and manage programmatic risk and recognize when problems occur, bring the right people together to solve them with the proper sense of urgency  * Interface with cross functional teams across the company * Provide status on progress toward objectives to management and team members Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience  * 3+ years of experience in a Program Manager or similar role. * Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: * Aerospace or technical programmatic background preferred  * PMP Certification  * Highly proficient with MS Project and Project Online Server  * Excellent understanding of the business case and cost-benefit analysis  * Strong knowledge of engineering product life cycle management in a systems engineering framework * Familiar with RACI matrix and understand how to perform stakeholder analysis and management  Location: Applicants must be willing and able to commute to magniX's location in Everett, Washington.
