Role Description The IT Employee Experience team is expanding in order to support our growth of our support tools. As a senior contributor, you’ll work cross-functionally with project stakeholders to manage and scale these tools in alignment with business goals. This role will have a direct impact on accelerating the development and success of support technology across Pinterest in service of various stakeholders. What you'll do: • Lead Zendesk technical expertise including administering, configuring and maintaining Zendesk and other integrated technologies that drive efficiencies for our support teams. • Lead discovery, research, testing, and implementation of Zendesk functionality in order to recommend enhancements to improve business capabilities. • Empower key business leads and their teams with the guidance, training, and thought-partnership in order to achieve support initiatives. • Liaise with business stakeholders to drive engagement and adoption of Zendesk across the business. • Collaborate with Business Ops partners to build technical requirements, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release changes to Zendesk implementations. • Manage requests from Business Partners for Zendesk access, integrations, and onboarding. • Maintain Zendesk standards, including change management controls, admin controls, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and upholding security/data/governance standards. What we're looking for: • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with analyzing, designing, and supporting Zendesk implementations (Support, Guide, Explore, Chatbot). • Experience with advanced Zendesk Support configuration and platform customization (ex. Triggers, Automations, SLAs, Routing, macros). • Understanding of Zendesk Product Suite, Database structure, Webhooks, and APIs. • You can interpret and translate business goals into technical specifications that you can configure on the Zendesk platform. • Nice to Have: Zendesk Admin Certification Contractors @ Pinterest • This is a contract position at Pinterest. As such, the contractor who fills this role will be employed either by our staffing partner (Magnit) or by an agency partner, and not an employee of Pinterest. • All interviews will be scheduled and/or conducted by the Pinterest assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, Magnit or the agency partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details including duration, benefits options and onboarding details. • The estimated salary range for this contract position is $75 - $100/hour based on experience and location.
