Job Title: Culture and People Operations Intern Job Type: Internship (College Credit Only) Compensation: College Credit Duration: January 12, 2026 - May 8, 2026 Commitment: 3 days a week Location: NYC-based, operating remotely (Must be eligible to receive college credit) About Magnet Magnet is a creative studio that helps brands connect with audiences via video production, podcasts, and social media content. We are looking for someone with shared passion to add on to our current team. Role Overview As a Culture and People Operations Intern, you'll work closely with our Culture, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition Manager to help foster our thriving culture. You'll gain hands-on experience in crafting internal communications, planning events, and supporting initiatives that make Magnet Media a great place to work. How You'll Make an Impact In this role, you'll: • Assist in planning and executing company events, like lunch and learns and team-building activities. • Support the development and creation of the internal company newsletter. • Help design initiatives to enhance recruiting efforts and employee retention. What You'll Need • Currently enrolled in a college or university (eligible for college credit). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Creative problem solving • Proficiency with G Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs). • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
