10+ years product management with 5+ years leadership, experience in technical product portfolios (security/forensics/enterprise software preferred), strong communication, bachelor's degree, US/Canada residency, and willingness to travel.
Description: • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Access and Extraction portfolio • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple products, ensuring cohesive development, positioning, and delivery across platforms • Engage deeply with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand pain points, workflows, and emerging needs • Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales to prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery • Work closely with other product management leaders to ensure alignment across portfolios and share insights • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy • Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights and customer feedback • Travel approximately 25% for customer and stakeholder engagement Requirements: • 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years in a Leadership role • Proven success managing complex, technical product portfolios in security, forensics, or enterprise software • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field • Experience working with Law Enforcement, Government, or regulated industries (nice to have) • MBA or advanced Degree preferred (nice to have) • Willingness to travel up to 25% • Candidate must reside in the United States or Canada • All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background check • US Applicants: participation in E-Verify (Form I-9 information) may be required Benefits: • Generous Time Off Policies • Competitive Compensation • Volunteer Opportunities • Reward and Recognition Programs • Employee Committees & Resource Groups • Healthcare and Retirement Benefits
