We are seeking Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You will be providing Sales, marketing and planning support for promotional campaigns related to inspection services. Position will work closely with internal staff to support the development of strategic marketing plans, by building project plans and ensuring their execution. A primary responsibility will involve collaboration with project stakeholders to manage scheduling to ensure a smooth and orderly progression toward the final deliverable. • ***Responsibilities:- • The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for communication over phone and e-mail with new and recurring clients, quote generation, ensuring deliverables are met, and more. • Process orders via email or phone and create quotes. • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries. • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc. • Some experience with Google Ads and Analytics. • ***Skills and Qualifications:- • Candidates must have strong writing skills with exceptional attention to details. • Must have PC skills, and know how to navigate the Internet. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Self-starters who can both work independently and as part of a team. • Some experience with a CRM is preferred.
